The Town Of Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights is a community located only 25 miles from downtown Chicago in Chicago's desirable Northwest Suburbs. A growing downtown skyline, expanding shopping areas, and new office parks are a sign of the Village's vibrancy.

Arlington Heights covers about 17 square miles and has a population of over 75,000. Even with this growing population, locals say that the city still keeps it's small-town charm. Local residents remain in their homes for decades, stay loyal to local merchants and display a strong spirit of community participation.

One of Arlington Heights' best-known attractions, the 325-acre Arlington International Racecourse, reopened in the year 2000, and is host of the 2002 Breeders Cup. Another great attraction for the Village is the Arlington Heights Historical Museum. It celebrates the link between the past and the present, and is a cooperative effort of the Village, Park District and Historical Society.
